In a rapidly changing world, staying ahead requires innovative thinking and adaptive strategies. Our session is geared towards entrepreneurs, small business owners and organizations that work with them, such as economic development, community development and Main Streets. It’s designed to help participants understand how their unexamined assumptions might be blocking them from success, especially those assumptions that we absorbed early on that are no longer relevant today. We will cover:

• Discovering and understanding assumptions that blocks them from success
• A fireside chat with three local and regional business owners about how they are addressing these issues
• Hands-on mini workshop to help you explore these ideas and how they might be impacting you.
• We will wrap up by co-creating some strategies for improving our Future Readiness.

The session will be professionally video recorded, and participants will be asked to sign a photo/video release. Light snacks and drinks will be available. The Spark is at 305 W. Main Street, Fairborn, Ohio, and there’s a parking lot behind the building.
